This may sound stupid, but where does Portland State play its home games now? I went to the PSU website and there is no link to facilities that I can find Broadway & Market st? Gets a little tricky with the stop light. Just have to time your play calling on the yellows. Siriusly....i think they play in Hillsboro So is the old stadium in downtown Portland Baseball only now? I think the last time I was there was to watch a couple friends play football for Portland State in the 80's.

I think PSU plays there now in both football and softball because they get a better $$ deal $$ than they could get in Portland. PSU softball played at Erv Lind Stadium in NE Portland for 30+ years until Hillsboro offered them a better deal than Portland Parks would. It's cool with me because now my kids use Erv Lind as their main Little League field. When PSU softball was there, it was off-limits.

They played 1 home football game there this year, with the other 4 in Hillsboro. Since they don't own the stadium, they are low on the priority list and can only use it if nothing else is scheduled.

Vikings mainly frequent Hillsboro. They would like to be in Portland no doubt. Can’t use Timber Field. Thought there was some concept with doing a field with Lincoln high school That they would share. Not huge capacity. But at least a real home venue. of course.... $$$$ .
Would like to see them get it. That Hillsboro field is fine.... but nowhere near PSU.

Well, it’s about Boise St topping out, the Peterson mojo leaving, how much they suck (they do), attendance at games by kickoff time, where Portland State plays, Stadium use/re-use, and soccer, and stuff like that. Why do you ask?

It all started going down hill when they dropped their wrestling program. :-)

Saddest thing for BSU is they've now missed out on a possible Gary Andersen hire. Sad to be them.
