Where have you gone John Brodie? Probably still battling for the heart and soul of the Church of Scientology.

He's made an extra $24k+ for the extra two weeks. If the Lions win I'll be curious if they're cheap skates. PS players get rings, but the CBA allows them to be a cheaper version.

Saturday, January 20, 2024: 1:30 p.m. Texans (Steven Nelson & Teagan Quitoriano) @ Ravens Quitoriano will probably finish the season on the injured reserve but is still on the roster. Nelson is one of the starting corners. 5:15 p.m. Packers (Luke Musgrave) @ Niners Musgrave is the Packers' starting tight end. Sunday, January 21, 2024: High Noon Bucs @ Lions (Jermar Jefferson) Jefferson is on the practice squad. 3:30 p.m. Chiefs @ Bills (Jordan Poyer) Poyer is the Bills' starting strong safety. Go Texans, Packers, Lions, and Bills! Oregon State has had a player on a Super Bowl roster in 10 consecutive Super Bowls and is looking to stretch that to 11. Georgia and LSU have had a player on the roster in 22 consecutive Super Bowls. Unless something weird happens, there will be an LSU player on a roster in Super Bowl LVIII. (The last AFC team that could have broken up LSU's Super Bowl streak was the Colts.) There are no Georgia Bulldogs on the Lions' and Texans' rosters. As such, if the Lions and Texans play in Super Bowl LVIII, the Bulldogs' 22-year consecutive Super Bowl roster streak would end. Well, after a full decade with a Beaver in the Super Bowl (2014-2023), we are all staring at the worst Super Bowl since Super Bowl XLVII, the Har-battle, the snoozer between Jim and John, when the lights went out at the Superdome. And that is the only Super Bowl without a Beaver since Super Bowl XLIII in 2009. And living down here, I was really pulling for the Cardinals. The last bad Super Bowl before Super Bowl XLVII was Super Bowl XL between the Seahawks and Steelers in 2006. Sucks.

Let's see: Three Rivers, Atlanta-Fulton County, Kingdome, and RCA dome? Only Three Rivers and Fulton County served it's purpose through the 30-year bond period. Kingdome and RCA Dome were about 25 each.

Good teams, BOTH. Unappealing to those without a dog in the fight, I suppose. I was rooting for Baltimore and Detroit….. and would have rooted for the Lions in the SB. Initially, I was rooting for The Bills vs The Lions. Two teams WITHOUT a Super Bowl trophy, WITH Beavs in the fold.
