All of this crap could be cleared up if all these coaches now days didn't try to follow the stupid super-secret mantra perfected by Chip Smelly. Geez, like we're a threat to anyone. I for one would like to know what the status of players is. Especially on defense. Against Cal half of the numbers out there were new to me!

Larry Scott - DNP Injury - Ankle Dwayne Williams - DNP Injury - Concussion Justin Strong - DNP Injury - Concussion Jason Grimble - DNP Injury - Knee Devin Chappell - Started, was injured during game did not return
Chris Brown - DNP Injury - Knee Ryan Nall - DNP Injury - Concussion Seth Collins - DNP Injury - Knee
GA and Staff have also been open as to why Sands, Smith, and Andrews are out for the year.
The info is out there... Twitter (from credible sources who cover the team), OLive, Etc. GA admittedly is not as open regarding injuries as MR was. But he certainly isn't top secret letting no info out like other coaches.
And the fact that we are playing guys on defense that to many are unknown is a great example IMO as to why we are 2-8. And why we are seeing regression. In some positions in the secondary we are down to 4th string guys.

Agreed... sometimes it seems like coaches are out coaching themselves and the players. The old "KISS" system seemed to work... less thinking, more action... analyzing leads to paralysis.

FEVER... you're lost in your own argument.... Let's recap in simple form...
>you said I made up Collins was hurt in a walk thru... "He never said his knee was hurt in a walk thru." Walk thru/warm up... LOL ticky tack much? Thursday is a light practice/shell day if that some times... hurt back peddling in WARMUP...
>I posted a quote from Nov. 6th stating basically what I said... hence not made up... not yesterday... and was not me!
Ok... try try to keep up with your own... not even sure what you are saying...
But, no reason to respond... horse is beaten, dead, dog food, etc.

Yeah... I am really confused by all this. Andersen certainly isn't being super secret. He issues a standard injury list... he just doesn't expound on it. Nor should he. Ryan Nall is out this weekend is good enough for me. why do we crave or want more? seems strange. that aside, as to your last comment. We are down to some 4th string type guys this year. Seems to be an issue. I have a working theory that this has to do with our tackling. I have noticed a lot of heads down, coming in high. and I have noticed a lot of head injuries. maybe it is bad luck, but I dunno. I see our guys, our secondary in particularly spending a lot of time bouncing off of bigger players because they left their feet, they put their heads down and they didn't wrap up. drives me crazy.
