While some posters may want to cause angst for the sake of causing angst, how exciting is it to answer this thread by saying that the coaches poll says we're second best! There are posters causing angst? Here? Oh, say it ain't so! |

I'd love to see Ionescu added to this list! Anyone know when she's intending to announce? For what it's worth, during the Final Four, can't remember which game, they said we had the 16th rated class coming in. The link above was from October/November. Go Beavs! |

Just checked her twitter account which I found online. I don't have a Twitter account. Nothing telling. Jared Goff did post a "Go Bears" on it. If any of you have an account you should post a Go Beavers to her account! Apparently she was the MVP of the McDonald's AA game.

If she is wanting to go be the best player on a depleted roster/rebuild... they lose 6 Srs and arguably 3 of their best players from a team that was not good to begin with. The Pac is a bad league to be in a rebuild mode... If she is that good there are only a couple schools to consider in the Pac... can't really fault a kid who wants a Furd degree... and us (I wouldn't let my daughter step on the ASU campus let alone play for the wicked witch of the Pac12). Furd was not a finalist if I remember. |

Furd was not a finalist if I remember. Our incoming class of guards are better than Ionescu (even if they're not rated higher). She is a very good passer (for the most part) and streaky shooter - but pretty weak, defensively. I highly, highly doubt she goes anywhere except the $uck$ (or Cal). Good to know... so in your opinion no great loss as we seem to be guard heavy. Then would you think a JC BIG or save the scholly??? |

There is no need to save scholarships as the Women's limit is 15. Rueck has never met this limit in the time that he has been here as far as I know. If Ionescu signs then there is still plenty of room for scholarship bigs if they are available. I also, think we have very good guards coming in and here already, but stockpiling talent is great. I think that Ionescu would be a good get even with the great existing talent.
