I checked my ticket office account and found this announcement:
"Single-game purchasers for the final gymnastics meet & upcoming softball & baseball games will receive a credit equal to the amount of purchase on their account, which can be applied toward any Beaver Athletics ticket purchase in the 2020-21 athletic year. Season-ticket holders for gymnastics, softball & baseball will receive a pro-rated credit on their account, which can be applied toward any Beaver Athletics ticket purchase in the 2020-21 athletic year. Call 541-737-4455 (M-F 9a-1p) or email beaver.ticket@oregonstate.edu with questions. The ticket office is closed for walk-ups."

If you don't know exactly what is happening, you don't want to paint yourself into a corner. It could turn out that we have a full football season this year. I'm sure the fans will be fairly accommodated, just as they were in baseball/softball. This is totally uncharted, unprecedented territory. Let the man do his job. Did someone get money back for Baseball tickets? I haven't. you won't be getting money back, there will be a credit in your account to be used for future beaver ticket purchases. i renewed my football tickets yesterday via email and asked that my baseball credit be used for the football tickets. they sent me confirmation this morning with a note that i have a remaining credit of $98 for future ticket purchases.

I also spoke with my ticket office sales guy yesterday... confirmed the above.
I have him looking for open seats for me to UPGRADE! I think my only concern is if they would just be transparent regarding the donation... will that be credited to my account or returned if we are not allowed to watch in person? I'd understand if the answer was no. I just would like to have the terms of the deal clear before making my purchase.
Interesting times for sure.
Fingers crossed that we will see some games in person this year. I also really like our home schedule for chances of victory. Basically the group we beat last year on the road + the group we should have WSU.
If we play the full slate of games we will need 1-2 road wins to go bowling.
Bring on some sunshine and some football.

The donation is simply part of the cost of the season ticket for almost all seats at Reser. So I'd expect you will get full credit.
