Sounds like a big ol’ nothing sandwich to me.
But I did learn one thing. Nebraska fans are a bitter bunch.

They feel entitled to be considered a legacy, dynasty, blue blood program without any of the necessary accomplishments to go with it. (for the last couple decades).

Not the only time I've seen other fans accused of living in the past. But, a bit of pot/kettle. Sort of the MBB board?! Living" in those same past decades. Yet, with the opposite logic and expectations. Huskers are a strange beast for sure, but at least they are not limiting their future by accepting mediocrity. They're not accepting mediocrity.... but so far they are doing quite a bit worse in the win column than they were under Riley.

Not saying that is easy, but it runs the risk of perpetually putting your program in a state of blowing up and starting over instead of just sucking it up and building.

You've been arguing that keeping Tinkle is accepting mediocrity then commenting Nebraska isn't, apparently by bringing in Frost. I do agree saying NU is living in the past while we have so many basketball posters still living in the Miller years is a pot/kettle situation.

I'll take "Apples and Oranges" for $2000, Alex.

Beaver basketball fans love living in the past but have accepted that we now suck. Hope I'm not misrepresenting your thought Scuba.

Say all you want about Nebraska fans, but given their program's performance in the last two decades, they still pack 'em in at Memorial Stadium.

Both fans are living in the past, but the past of the two programs is very applies/oranges. That was my point.
