Nick off to a slow start. 0-3 yesterday and 0-4 today w (2) GIDP and an SO. A little surprised that the ChiSox brought him up so quickly. Anyone know if W-Sox had an injury in their infield? I didn't follow it carefully, but in at least a couple of the at bats yesterday, he got the bat on the ball. He's making contact, so I think that while's he battling a steep learning curve, he'll figure out placement with a little more time. It must be overwhelming! |

The Man peeled the stitching off the old apple here in Goss for three years and now a few of y'all are succumbing to fear and anxiety over an 0-7 start?
Nick Madrigal was born to hit and run the bases. It's the "Bigs", they throw harder and defend better - no matter. He doesn't give a s--t about any of that. He's going to do what he does, hit and run the sacks like he was still a Beaver.
