Seems like an apples to oranges or maybe even apples to orangutans comparison to me. I don't think any college football player has ever passed their concussion or CTE along to a coach, professor, parent, or grandparent. Okay, so now the players can’t pass Covid on to anyone around them...the magic of not playing football makes them immune to all Covid hazards. Lol. No chance any of those young men and women will go to bars or do any other socializing now, nope, cancelling football will stop all the shenanigans. It’s a f’ing miracle I tell ya. Realistically they very well may put themselves more at risk more often joining the general student population unless they are rounded up every weekend and forced to live together/avoid others during the week.

Nebraska coach Scott Frost had previously stated that Nebraska might play this season regardless of what the Big Ten decided. It is hard to figure just how that would work. But I’m sure Coach Frost has it all worked out in detail. Nebraska HC Scott Frost "Our university is committed to playing no matter what, no matter what that looks like and how that looks. ...We certainly hope it's in the Big Ten. If it isn't, I think we're prepared to look for other options," he said." Football above any and all other considerations. Wow.
