Are we becoming a super team? Me thinks it Smells like roses At this point I hadn't heard about Omar and now I'm a bit disappointed. We still are adding 3 huge talents to any 1 lost so far

Dude has caught 8 balls for 52 yards in 2 seasons, so let’s not not crown him quite yet.

Musgrave's stats his first two years were better than his, but not by all that much. 14 catches, 0 TDs but about triple the yardage. It's tough to pile up stats when you're the 3rd or 4th guy. Velling's first year stats slaughters Musgrave's first 2 seasons, but he made it to being a starter after Musgrave went down. Playing time makes a difference. At least we know the new guy can catch a ball on occasion if it's thrown his way. We just don't know how often he can catch it... but I'd bet the coaches have an idea on how they'd like to use him.

Related: I saw a mock draft with Musgrave going in the 2nd round. Not sure how "consensus" that is.

Musgrave plays lacrosse and skis. Musgrave's agility and speed could be off-the-chart. His upper body numbers also probably will be very good. Musgrave's jumping measurables could also be very good. He'll get dinged for not being a very good blocker, though. Honestly, Musgrave may very well post first-round measurables at the Combine. The curious thing will be, whether the tape supports a first- or second-round pick or not. At the end of the day, Musgrave would have to have a terrible Combine and Pro Day or be very injured to miss out on a first- or second-day selection.

Cals leading receiver at TE had exactly 11 more receptions. Dude wasn't a 4* TE Recruit rated #7 in the country because he had 13.5 sacks in HS. But to your follow up post. Dude had 13.5 sacks and 30TFL in HS. So if TE isn't his thing.

Expect him to be a very solid player at osu with very good coaching and D.J. at qb. Was in the same high school class as Bowers... don't judge this kids potential based on his Cal experience.
