pointed out by the announcers that he took on a DE ,sealed the edge and let the back walk in. that's how you stay in the league.

Please tune in to the Isaiah Hodgins show. Couple more great blocks, a really tough catch and a beautiful toe tap on the sideline

A receiver like him would be like gold for the 2023 osu offense. A big bodied receiver with great hands and is super smart. Doubt he is a 4.6 guy...just gets open through saavy

Hodgins is credited with a 4.61 40. His bigger measurable attributes might be height, 33 inch + long arms, approaching 10 inch hand size, 35.5 vertical, etc.

He seems to every time. We dwell so much on 40 time...it's not the end all be all. Ask Steve Largent,Jerry Rice, Cooper Kupp, and so many more. It's about understanding football and feel. Of course,it doesn't hurt to be 6-3 and have big hands.

I heard an interview awhile back with T.J. Houshmandzadeh on a talk show. He said it's not as important to have straight away speed,as it is to be able to stop and start. That is how you create separation. Housh works with lots of young players in So. Cal

What they do with their eyes, different stems and playing with their feet to get the DB off balance but it's also understanding the defense and leverage. His football IQ is extremely high, and he's also an excellent blocker - plus, the Giants have a burner to take the top off the defense in Slayton.

He's got really good at blocking the DB out on more complicated routes too. He is extremely good at using his body to force the DB to work through him to get to the ball. That results in alot of catches and alot of penalties. He's always reminded me of Keenan Allen. Tall and clever but not that fast.

Moving into a void to give the QB a better space to throw into would be an example. He should have a nice career in the league.
