Interesting. I would have thought Stover to TE would make the most sense.

Interesting. I would have thought Stover to TE would make the most sense. Exactly. Stover has great top end speed. But with the influx of Edge dudes, makes sense.

Riley was recruited by us but played DE and TE in high school. He's got the size, speed and mass to do the colletto thing.

Huh. He’s made some really great plays on D. Not so much this year, but many great ones the previous year.

Not great ability to hold an edge. Easily blocked. I'm not trying to rip the kid, but that's what I saw.

He was fantastic playing opposite Ham...but it is easier when one dude gets double and tripled.

He was easily blocked by one guy, and often blown out of the play. It also looked like he was going like 3/4 speed.....I dunno, I was always amazed to see him on the field as much as he was....my bro-in-law and I started watching him closely....we were both dumbfounded. Ultimately, I believe it shows our lack of depth at the position.

My take on Stover is he's great when he plays completely out of control if he hits someone important. When he plays controlled and sticks to his assignment he has poor leverage and gets beat up. He's going to improve.
