Sounds like this will be the format for the CFP in 26. A further marginalization of the group of 5. This from a power conference administrator,,, A power-conference administrator expressed reservations about further marginalizing the Group of 5 leagues: “They’re our feeder system. They feed us players, they feed us coaches, they feed us games, they feed us ADs.” But once the coaches and athletic directors move up to the power-conference level and experience all the advantages, they develop amnesia about where they came from. link

Too many MBA's running the world now. There will be a correction, I say let's just enjoy the ride. I have been supporting the Beavs since the early 80's and will continue to no matter who we play.

Welcome to conference championship weekend, where the starters will sit out in preparation for the college football playoff. Maybe one bright side in all of this? They kill off the conference championship games? Personally, I hope so.

Welcome to conference championship weekend, where the starters will sit out in preparation for the college football playoff. You have to win a conference championship, though, to get a bye. I would think that everyone would put there all into winning a conference championship and avoid needing to play the week following.

Its everywhere. There is a lot of root causes of the downfall of society, but business school is high on the list... There isn't a week that goes by where I am not talking about the "MBA-ifcation of health care" to somebody. Time was, the older doctors ran hospitals. People that understood what doctors and nursed do, what patients need, and probably most importantly, their role in society. Now pimple faced Harvard MBA grads have the job. And no matter how many times you explain it to them, they just don't seem to understand why you can't just make people have more heart attacks.

Actually, the feds(Medicare) and insurance companies are the most to blame in healthcare.

Whatever the reason, the fact is, the US spends approximately twice as much on healthcare as a percentage of GDP as any other country in the world.

There's so many factors on problems with our healthcare system, and everyone is right to a degree, and there's plenty of other factors that could be brought up. I'll leave it at that since Glove put out the warning signal. It's a hot topic.

FWIW Beavs would have made the playoffs last year assuming it was in a G5 conference

3-3-2-2-1? I thought this was going to be our new defensive alignment. BTW, 3+3+2+2+1=11 (not 12)
