128 D1 teams, and THEY are the only ones so concerned about getting their signals stolen. Ok. Sure.
Where I come from that's called sour grapes. Not to mention, you tout yourself as the Ultra cutting edge school, but you can't disguise your signs? BUSH LEAGUE!

More like Pete Carroll in the Super Bowl Even worse. Seriously. How is that even possible? First and goal at the 3 yard line. Four plays to run it in (after accumulating 341 yards rushing up to that point @ 6.2 ypc) and you pass it .... twice. What could possibly go wrong throwing it over the middle? Twice. Score plus PAT. Game over. But nooooooooooo ... Sickening. Yeah---the play calling for ASU was absolutely baffling. uo's D was tired. First and 3...3 runs, averaging 1 yard/play, you likely win the game.

graham was taking end of game play calls from Riley and Langsdorf No s%#t. Three yards to go, they've running the ball well all night, and the let a guy who had been dodging interceptions the entire second half decide the game. Unfriggingbelievable...

That was painful to watch. ASU absolutely blew it. I already miss the days of Jeff Lockie as the ducks starter.

should never have gone to OT to begin with. 3 missed FGs, converting a prayer 4th down, etc.

ASU coaches were horrible. I can't remember a more poorly coached game by both teams. I think the key was 6 minutes to play 4th qtr, ASU has the ball, all the momentum, uo defense is gassed. Mistake #1: ASU is snapping the ball with 15-20 seconds left on the play clock. 45 seconds more time should have run off the clock before they make... Mistake #2: They pass on multiple plays, and eventually throw an INT. Why would you not run the ball against a tired defense there? Same mistake repeats itself in OT when they pass instead of run on first and goal inside the 5. Dumb. Poor clock management allows UO six minutes to tie the game instead of only 4. Since they scored with 12 seconds remaining, I'm guessing Graham would've like to run off another 45 seconds when he had the chance.
I've seen ASU screw up winnable games for two years, including at Reser last year. Sure, their blitz causes confusion and disrupts the offense. It also gives up about two TDs a game by being out of position and leaving gaping holes...see Storm Woods run last year and Freeman last night. Graham is always going to lose a couple games because of his high risk defense. They supposedly have 25-30 blitz packages. It frequently looks like Graham is yelling at players for being out of position, probably because it's really hard for 11 kids to remember all those packages. It only takes one guy out of position to give up a TD. I see Graham gone by the end of next season. They have a renovated stadium to fill and he won't get the tickets sold.

One of the Oregonian headlines said that the players basically bailed out the coaches for Oregon. For whatever reason, UO-ASU games turn into shootouts.
