One of the Oregonian headlines said that the players basically bailed out the coaches for Oregon. For whatever reason, UO-ASU games turn into shootouts. canzanno

My little pony glitter helmets and sheets on sticks to block they're play calling. Nike U has jumped the shark from day one.

When I was a young kid (mid 90's) the Miami Hurricanes were a dominant football program. They had a lot of flash and they seemed to play a more aggressive style of football than most other teams. Naturally, my friends and I all took a liking to the Canes. Since then, they've sort of faded into mediocrity and I don't think anyone I know would consider themselves a fan anymore... basically, as we grew up and the team stopped winning we sort of lost interest, it's easy for kids to be bandwagon fans.
My point is that hole has developed quite a following around the country, especially from the younger generation, over the last several years. I see them suffering a similar fate of falling into mediocrity and losing a substantial number of people that right now consider themselves "fans".

I remember those Canes teams - the big difference is they actually won NCAA Tittles (87, 89 and 91)... For some reason, ecc (that is eugene community college) fans think they have a few football titles...
