He really improved during his time here. Was quite a force in the end. Good luck to him.

One of my favorite players the last two years. I think he has a decent chance to stick with a team.

Loved watching Andrew play. It was a mutually beneficial move for us and AC when he transferred to OSU. Highly touted out of high school, but not able to get it going during a time when the Gators lost some luster on the field (they recruit well, but have battled mediocrity in the SEC the past several years). The fresh start unleashed his talent, and the results have been awesome for the Beavs. I really think that he could be a legit edge player in the league with his relentless style and athleticism. I sure hope that it works out for him. Even if he were to go undrafted, I think that he could work his way in on special teams, etc. and turn some heads as a FA. Thank you, Andrew! Wishing you the best in the NFL draft and moving forward.

Chatfield was for sure one of the bright spots on the defense. Man is a baller.

Interesting. So other players with way less NFL potential give us good years and transfer for a paycheck and they're traitors. This one leaves for a potential paycheck and it's GL chatfield. I know the nil has me twisted too it absolutely sucks to develop players and watch them leave with eligibility but NFL or NIL it's the same. We get players as long as they want to stay and then they either leave for money or graduate. It's just funny how we react and justify differently. I am 100 percent guilty of this...
Good luck Andrew you were a pleasure to watch play in orange and black.

Could be, but with the covid bonus year, redshirts, and injury redshirts, that senior year could happen a few times.

Chatfield played for Florida from 2018-2020. He redshirted in 2021 and then played two seasons for OSU. So it looks like his eligibility is up. I guess he just wanted to announce that he is declaring for the NFL draft and thank some people.

Mostly because I know that we are going to also get guys from the portal, and that there is a chance for them to come back from the portal to Oregon State. Maybe even after a year away (welcome back Jam!!).

Tough dude! Our loss is some NFL team’s gain. Speaking of losses; I see that miller “committed” to msu, to play for judas. Oh well.
