Oregon State is a somewhat low profile school in general, so it didn't exactly move the needle, nation wide, when we got terrible. Otherwise, Gary Andersen would be talked about as one of the single worse coaching efforts in all of NCAA history.

I would say going from an almost perennial Bowl team to next to the next to the worst is moving the needle.

I would say going from an almost perennial Bowl team to next to the next to the worst is moving the needle. What I meant was being talked about on ESPN and the like. We just got ignored, so nobody really paid attention to the worst coaching effort in modern history. CGA certainly buried the needle the wrong way here.

Seems crazy, but then I could understand and even sympathize with why he was so terrible. Anger would turn to pity. irrational would be explained. Without reason, he was just senselessly awful.

Shoot... we just won CWS.... for 3rd time.... we’ve been to Omaha nearly every other year since 2005...... And we’ll still be ignored next year.... lol.... ESPN’s gotta pump that SEC...... (Which we’ve beaten like a drum )
