I'm still thinking New England. Earlier I had said in the last two rounds, could be earlier if a bunch of QBs get taken. Call it 4th to 5th rounds. a couple of things going for him with the Patriots... 1) With a bum ankle Luton might be almost as slow as Brady was. 2) Luton actually had quite good situational stats as far as longer passes go compared to most QBs. Eagles take Jalen Hurts. A second round pick is high for a depth pick. Let's see, if there is a run on QBs. Eason is still out there. He is the other one that I heard tied to the Pats.

I’ll go Tennessee 5th rd. Was torn between Tampa and Tennessee... Tennessee would be a great spot for Luton. I think that he could beat out Woodside, and Tannehill is made of glass. Tampa? You think that Luton beats out Gabbert? It would be great for Luton to work under Brady, but it is not guarantee that Luton beats out Griffin for third-string, much less Gabbert for second-string.

You thinking of someone else? Tannehill hasnt missed a start in 5 of his 7 years in the league. He had a torn ACL and a shoulder injury but still only missed a handful of games

It would be great for Luton to work under Brady, but it is not guarantee that Luton beats out Griffin for third-string, much less Gabbert for second-string. You thinking of someone else? Tannehill hasnt missed a start in 5 of his 7 years in the league. He had a torn ACL and a shoulder injury but still only missed a handful of games Tannehill didn't miss a start in his first four years in the NFL, but he has been in the NFL 8 seasons now. Tannehill started the first 12 games of 2016 before being knocked out of the third quarter of game 13 with a knee sprain. Matt Moore replaced Tannehill and led the Dolphins to a game-winning field goal. Moore then led the Dolphins to wins in two of the next three games (a 21-point win at the Meadowlands and a come-from-behind win in Buffalo before giving up a 21-point loss to the Pats, who needed a win more than the Dolphins). Moore then started the playoff game but lost in Pittsburgh. A fun fact is that Matt Moore is the only quarterback to start a game in the playoffs for the Dolphins in the past 12 years. Tannehill tore his ACL in the first 11-on-11 non-contact practice in 2017 and had surgery, missing the season. Tannehill injured his AC joint early in 2018 and missed part of a game. He then separately injured his shoulder in the fourth quarter of the Dolphins' week 5 loss to the Bengals in 2018. He was out six weeks, returning in week 12. Tannehill played two snaps in week 1 and the second half of week 6 but only started 13 of 19 games in 2019. Tannehill partially tore his ACL against the Cards in 2016 and then completely tore it in practice shortly before the 2017 season, so I suppose you could consider it the same injury, but he missed games in two different seasons. He also missed almost a third of the 2018 season. At one point, he missed parts of 22 of 26 games, because of injury. In the past 51 games, he has missed parts of 28 games due to injury or not playing because he was riding pine behind Mariota. The last time that he started 16 games is five years ago at this point.
