The discussion board on the possibility that Mason Moran's redshirt can be burned this year got me thinking that I would really like to see more than one QB signed this year and probably next year, as well. OSU is skating on some razor thin ice at the position...what if Moran does not pan out? I would like to see Anderson go hard after another QB in this class besides the one that is already committed, maybe even a JC guy who fits, but certainly someone above the walk-on level that provides what will ultimately be meaningless "depth."

If we can have 5 place kickers I guess QB could see some more numbers!! haha

I don't really like seeing more than 1 QB per season. We've got Garretson for two years. McMaryion is still here with 3 years to play. Moran has up to 5 years here.
One more QB this year and we've got 4 on the roster for 2017.
Perhaps a walk-on QB wouldn't be such a bad idea?
If we get into a terrible pinch, they can always shove Collins back at QB.
