Wow that's absurd but imo I think the fools that knew and I'm sure Larry scott did and was 100 percent incompetent.
Why would OSU or cal or any school have to repay the revenue the network stole. I'm sure corporate executives got fat bonuses and salary's how about they pay back a fair percentage ?

I’m sure USC and UCLA owe most of that money 😁 They better get USC & UCLA'S full share of the repayment or a firm repayment contract on it before they leave.

Just curious, what is the statue of limitations on something like this? IF comcast overpaid, and didn't notice for years... how long do they have to notice and ask for it back? How incumbent, legally, is it on the Pac-12 to repay?

That assumes fraud. What are you citing? In Arizona, you usually have two years after discovery to bring a non-contract based cause of action. However, you have more time to bring contract-based actions. I don't deal with multimedia contracts, so it is hard for me to say whether like the UCC applies and, with it, the four-year statute of limitations on the accrual of a breach of contract action cause of action. California law may apply (and good luck then, because California law tends to be very different from all other states) or the law of the State of Residence of whatever Comcast entity would be Plaintiff.
