A true legend. Saw him at Gill Coliseum sometime in the late 1980s, and back east in 1974.
He was 84. RIP.

Sad, saw him in Portland at the Keller or whatever it was called back then in the mid 70's. Had second row seats as I recall.

RIP Certainly a "Beautiful" song ... reading through the comments on that video about how a lot of people included it as a part of their weddings. Also always liked this song of his which is about love on the opposite side of that gone wrong:
