Jared Cornell tore his ACL in the final quarter of the 1999 Spring Game and only played two games in 1999. Cornell worked his way back to start all 12 games at right guard in the 2000-2001 Fiesta Bowl season. Cornell graduated in 2001 along with Sykes and White. Without the three, the offensive line was a shell of itself for years to come.

I long thought he was one of the most underrated players on the Fiesta Bowl team.
Way too young. I hope his family is okay.
