In football gear and carrying the football. Don't believe Chad Johnson was doing either when he hit 24.

The fastest measured live NFL speed is 23.24 mph by Tyreek Hill on a 105 yard kick return. Analytics started recording live speed on big plays in the early 2010's so there's potentially faster plays out there.

He ran 4.39 at the combine. Maybe they were referring to training? He was all over the top 10 in every event. Particularly interesting was he tied for first for the first 10 yards of the 40.

One of the most athletic receivers in the draft. But very small. 3rd-5th Round? Unless someone reaches for him.

There's a ton of large talented receivers in this draft so I wouldn't be shocked if he ends up paired with one of them as a late round pick on a team that needs receiver help but doesn't have the cap space for free agents.

The obsession with 40 times at Combine. Worthy beat John Ross' time...that should tell you something. He weighs 165 lbs. Dude is gonna get mauled at LOS before he ever gets in his route!
I dunno...give me Udunze or those two dudes from LSU.

Hill really is the anomaly when you look at superfast combine time receivers. Not to mention he is almost always in motion and damn near hidden behind the Oline. I'm not sure you can use Worthy the same way. Worthy may end up being a great receiver. But if he is, it isn't because he ran a 4.21 40.

Worthy will likely add a little bit of weight as he continues to play in the NFL because sometimes he is still going to have to block.
But sheesh 4.21 40 is bonkers. Wow.

Both Smith and Worthy are rail thin, but really fast.
