I hear you. I keep wanting to post on something, but there's just not much to go on. Whether that's a result of a lack of access to practice/players by the media, just the general crappiness of the results on the field, or what, I don't know. Is anyone watching The Drive? I seems like the focus of the Utah segments are on the players, while the OSU segments are primarily Andersen in his office. Also, it's pretty interesting to see the similarities between Whittingham and Andersen's lingo. They both tell kids to "get out of here" after games/meetings/etc, the "respect the process" stuff, etc. The only difference seems to be Andersen's love of the word "a$$."

Just let it go. It's hoops season now anyway.

It may be hoops season but I don't care if we could quite possibly be the worst Beaver team in decades there's always the civil war! cdn.meme.am/instances/250x250/59726328.jpgI guess bball season always does carry the fact that the ducks basketball team can't figure out the difference between on the court and in court.

Well, in that case, I don't think the Missouri President should have caved to the football players. Their offense has been on strike for the whole season so far, so how much worse could it get?
Bada Bing! I'm here all week!

Seems like a lot of users have migrated back to Pure-Orange, which is puzzling to me because I still cannot read a single post - it just times-out. Maybe I need to get up earlier?

I wonder if Cal fans are losing faith in Dykes? It's been a slog to get to where they are now - which is mediocre at best - and now they're going to lose their highly ranked NFL prospect at QB.

I heard a rumor on campus that we are supposed to win this Saturday.

It is tough when you are just bad. We could rehash issues of player conduct on the sideline... Or we could talk about how badly Goff is gonna shred our secondary. but the issue is that this year is tough. There really isn't much we can say. The only conversations we can get into tend to inherently be depressing. We could try to project to the future. We can debate if Collins should stick it out at QB. Is it best we even turn to Garretson next year for a single year? would it be better to give the reps to a player that has a few more years in him? Or we can nitpik at coaching decisions and offensive schemes. We can wonder aloud if Sitake was wise to install a 3-4 when it is pretty clear we don't have a 2 gap NT on this team. But the problem is, we have all those conversations because of one reason. we are losing football games. that is not a fun topic.

Looked back through his bio and, unless I've overlooked something, he looks like a true junior this year. Should have two more years. Has anyone found out whether the staff is recruiting JC transfers at QB? If not, Garretson is possibly the reason. After two years, assuming things work out, Moran would be a sophomore--hopefully a redshirt sophomore.

Looks like I picked the wrong year to start a message board?
I don't have the patience for PO.net. This place, software wise, is solid.
And as others have said, we've beat pretty much any topic to death by now.
Hoops (hopefully) and rasslin' will bring some excitement and good topics.

Start up a flame forum and watch the activity level rise...LOL!
Yeah, we're a dead horse who has been beaten in regards to the football season. Still, those guys are playing and the coaches are coaching. When da' Beavs were as rotten as Denmark I still hung in there to see if we could come up with a glimmer of hope somewhere along the line. There are still three more games to go so let's see what happens.
As for the CW, if Adams gets hurt, the Oregon O suffers. Stanford wants some duck dinner on The Farm no doubt. After that it's USC for Oregon. How healthy will they be for us? If we can't rise, maybe they can fall and we'll have some rain to make it even more interesting than the Eugenians would like even if they do wear black...LOL!
