No matter WHAT one thinks of his presidency, NO ONE can say he ISN’T a great human being. Exactly. I think you are supposed to wait until a person passes to say this, but what a life well lived.

Regardless of what side of the aisle you sit on, and even in these polarized times, I think we can all agree that Jimmy Carter has perhaps been the most "Presidential" President after leaving office of all the former presidents that we've seen in our lifetimes. His Habitat for Humanity work is really wonderful, and his lack of interest in cashing in on "speaking engagements" refreshing. If anyone deserves to live to the ripe old age of 100, it's probably Jimmy Carter.
