Most if not all of my normal tailgate crew plan to be AWOL due to the late start time. I sure hope the stands aren't half empty for homecoming.

Definitely going. I've been splitting my season tickets with a friend for years. 6-7 weekends a year was too much for me but when I only have 3-4 I don't want to miss any of them for any reason. I'm not looking forward to being on the road home at 2AM or later, but I am really looking forward to the game. Night games are fun, I'll be taking my nephew to the game, it will be the Halloween game so a lot of the students will be in costume and in a fun mood, fans will have spent the day tailgating and will be ready for the game, the Beavers are playing hard and I'll be cheering hard for them, and, despite the 14-point spread, I'm looking forward to a good game (hopefully).
I understand the super late start time will likely keep the crowd small. It's not unreasonable for people (especially families) to avoid getting back to Portland or Southwest Washington or Central Oregon in the wee hours of Sunday morning. I also understand why the crowd was small for the Utah game (my friend had those tickets and he was there). This crowd will definitely be bigger than that! The crowd size at the Cal game was not super good (I think the reason for that is simply that some people need more winning to make them attend) but I was super happy to have been a part of it. When GA thanked those that were there in his post-game interview, I took some satisfaction in being one of them (and in seeing first-hand the fun win).
Go Beavs! Mike '84

We could kickoff at 2AM and I'd still be there. Do have one family member opting out because of the late start, but I'll fill the seat with someone in orange.

As I've said before, late games are a GREAT option for families.
Late starts don't interfere with fall sports schedules, and I've never met a kid who doesn't WANT to stay up late (even if the execution fails).
I've always thought that getting home after midnight on a Saturday night was normal human behavior.
Only missed 3 home games in the last 16 years, and I always had a better excuse than "It's too late".

Oddly enough, this will be the first home game that our entire tailgate crew will be able to get to. 7:45 pm doesn't interfere with anything for anyone. Even the few people who have Duck season tickets are pulling the double.

I'll be there as usual! My normal seatmate is vacationing in Hawaii this weekend (poor him) so I get to take a friend!

Wouldn't miss it for the world. I will be there.
BTW, turned in my election ballot yesterday. What a relief to be done with the 2016 general election. I encourage everyone, no matter your political persuasion, to vote.
