I used to record the radio audio from Beaver games to keep in my own archive. Sometimes when working, instead of listening to music, I would listen to some of the best games.
I stopped going through the hassle of recording and archiving the radio broadcasts several years back. I kind of miss being able to listen to the best games after the fact. When I attend a game in person I miss most of the Parker/Wilson broadcast.
For a while, there were ways to listen to the game audio from online archives. Is there any such thing now?
Thanks, Mike '84

Hey Mike,
Do you have a smartphone?
Try the tunein app. It's how I listen to beaver games up here in Seattle. Right now they are rebroadcasting a 2016 men's hoops game v Stanford.
As far as I know, they don't let you choose what they are streaming, maybe if you buy their premium service, I don't know.
Just get the app and search for Oregon State Beavers, the Beaver Sports Network powered by Learfield Sports should pop up. Click play and you are hearing the dulcet tones of Mike Parker.
*** edit *** tunein also has a website for streaming via your pc

When I'm at the games I just listen to 1240AM so I don't need tunein. And, when I try to listen to live OSU broadcasts on tunein now, it tells me I have to upgrade to the premium (pay) service. I figured why do that when I live in an area where I can generally just turn on the radio? But, I didn't realize that they have archived events too. I'll need to check that out. Thanks.

I've gone to the tunein web app on my PC and I caught the very end of a "Beaver Sports Talk" from some previous basketball season. But there didn't seem to be any way to see what I was listening to or from when. Now it has ended and there is a loop tunein commercial over and over and over again. How can I know when something is going to come on and what it will be? I see the live schedule for the live broadcasts but I don't need those and they require the premium subscription. Is there any way to know what archived things are coming up?

The TuneIn Pro allows you to record your selection. I didn't think the 'Pro' version was that expensive. I have had to miss a couple of games, but could record. Really good to listen to every game, later. Generally, when the wife is watching some Home &Garden channel remodel show.

Just checked the 'Apps Store', couldn't find a "TuneIn Premium". Also, I'm pretty sure I am not getting a monthly charge from iTunes. You might as well check it out, rather pay any attention to us.
