my picks and I think these are pretty close to how things will end up, barring a disaster:
1) UW 2) WSU 3) USC 4) Colorado 5) Stanford 6) Whoregon (pains me but 6-6 to 7-5) 7) Utah 8) Cal 9) Arizona 10)UCLA 11) ASU 12) OSU (by a landslide, again, pains me)
Go Beavs!

Not sure how you are basing your rankings, but UW and WSU can't be 1/2 since only one can go to Pac12 championship game... SC or Utah will come out of the south. But, UW/WSU could be the game of the year in the Pac12. I think SC will get healthy and win the south. Buffs are 0-2 in the south and will struggle some more. Stanford should give teams a real struggle and beat them up. UCLA/Rosen will give defenses headaches and their defense will get better. 1) UW 2) SC 3) WSU/just cuz of loss to UW 4) Utah 5) Stanford 6) Oregon 7) UCLA 8) Colorado 9) ASU 10)Cal 11)Zona 12)OSU *No Pac12 team in playoff... Bama, Clemson, Oklahoma, winner of B10 Penn State or tOSU.

The 2 best teams can play in the same division. The Stanford Oregon winner won the conference something like 6 years in a row at one point.

I started to care than realized I don't.

Top team in South plays top in North... 2nd place gets what little bird shot at. Hence, my statement about how he picked. But, the top 2 play in the championship game. The rest is opinion and fodder for polls.

I'm thinking SC will finish strong and look dominant with one loss.
I'd keep an eye out on Stanford. Bryce Love can tote the rock. I'm thinking the defense and KJ Costello / Keller Chryst will improve a bit toward the end of the year. If not this year, Stanford will look tough next year. Stanford keeps getting these huuge OLs out of HS that are physically ready to play big boy football.

I misread the thread title . . . so in honor of how I read it, here goes: 1 Washington 2 Washington State - The Apple Cup may be incredible 3 Oregon 4 Idaho - are they really in the NW? I know they are close to Pullman so I'll include them 5 Eastern Washington 6 Oregon State 7 Portland State - OSU gets the nod because of the head to head, but PSU is better (especially now without a passing game)

The thing of it is that USC gets no bye, unless they win the South, then they get a bye before the Pac-12 championship game. I still see USC winning the South. If that happens, Washington and Washington State square off for what may be division championship in Seattle, while USC watches the whole thing from the comfort of their home. Further, the championship game is on a Friday, so the North champion would play on a short week and have to travel to Santa Clara. I don't think that USC is a better team than Washington, but I still expect the Trojans to win the conference.

I watched two full games yesterday. Uw has no player as good as Bryce Love and I am not sure they will stop him. Stanford can beat UW for sure.
