I mean, EVERY beaver game is a much watch game. I have seen every painful one this season...
But what I mean by it is a much watch game is I am absolutely fascinated to see how our players respond. is it more of the same, or is there renewed energy and fight? We have seen some programs come roaring back immediately after a troublesome HC was removed. Sark at USC most recently, when Helton took over they closed the season strong.
If we suddenly see a strong and competitive game, maybe we get closure. Maybe we know what we kinda thought we knew. Andersen was the problem. Him and his direction and above all things, there was a morale issue at play. That fundamentally our talent isn't really that bad, and our problems are attitude, scheme and overall desire...
Or maybe Colorado spanks us, and we know what we know. We suck because of everything.

Except he has gutted our QB position. That's a gift that could keep on giving for years.

If the Willard can play... toss him in there... wildcat packages with Seth aka the CW... give future teams a lot to prep for! David Shaw sticks to the two QB rotation for the same reason me thinks. Neither has a true advantage and teams have to prep for both.

Who knows what the mental state of the players will be going into that game?
A win, on the other hand, would almost certainly be a positive sign.

A win would be HUGEE !!! I don't know what to expect this weekend. Hall is a defensive guy so doubtful he will try to heavily influence the offensive scheme but what do I know. We've got the same asst coaches most of whom are now probably dead men walking. What will their motivation be? And this HAS to be disrupting to the players who have already been through the ringer this year. I wouldn't be surprise if we get creamed this weekend but will be there in person to witness whatever transpires.

They will get the same kind of bump as OSU's players will if they finish strong.

He obviously wasn't getting it done on the field, but this claim continues to be unfounded.

If you've got tickets, you should be there Saturday. If you can get tickets, you should buy them. Anyone who cares about OSU football should make it if possible. You want to make a statement to the players and recruits and potential future coaches that this is a place you should be? SHOW UP. CHEER FOR THE BEAVS. It's a 1pm game, Ducks are out of town, it's homecoming, you can get tickets for less than $10 on StubHub....there are very few excuses to not show up Saturday.
We want to be treated like a legit program we need to start acting like a legit program. Complain about how much we suck, complain about the coaching staff, the athletic department, game day experience, I don't care. But show up. It's OUR team.

And, really, what else are fine young men going to say PUBLICLY??? I'd lose great respect for any who besmirched his name over a twitter post. Say nothing or wish him well. I mean obviously the OSU admin wanted him gone... but, they writer a glowing letter... not much different.
