I believe this one. AngryBeaver took a little twitter conjecture and tried to make it fact. His twitter rantings were bordering insanity. Actually it was 02Beav that had the post, not me. I replied to his post and agreed with him that it could be a very good thing for several reasons... And then made a comment on the “Riley as QB coach post that refered to 02Beav’s post as well. I’m okay with whatever direction Coach Jonathan Smith wants to go. Whatever way, he will have reasoning behind it. The whole “team thing” on the coaching staff is important. I was starting to have doubts on validity when by noon today, none of the official sports reporters had published articles on it. Man, I'm confused... The post by zeroposter was referring to the AngryBeaver who has displayed a years-long pathological hatred for Mike Riley and anything associated with Mike Riley. When that AngryBeaver heard the news that Riley might be on the staff in *any* capacity he started frantically tweeting about how this would divide the fan base (there's irony for you), had ruined all the positive energy of the JS hire, and would absolutely be guaranteed to lead to failure for the entire program. He started calling JS "Jonathan Riley" and referred to Riley as a "cancer". But then we see this response from "angrybeaver67", in which this person seems to indicate that he is the "AngryBeaver" mentioned in post but that he see's where there could be advantages to a Riley hire and trusts JS to make the best choices. So, either AngryBeaver and angrybeaver67 are the same person and the twitter/blog rampage by AngryBeaver was just an unfortunate temper tantrum or these are two different people weighing in on the same subject, with one being a seemingly reasonable person who can deal with the new HC making his own choices and the other being...uh...well... just Angry.

Mike84 - just saw this post from yesterday... I am not other poster on Twitter with apparently similar name. Signed up on this forum a couple or a few weeks ago, wanting to communicate and not finding the old Pure Orange site. I selected the name AngryBeaver67 because “Angry Beaver” (the logo / picture thing I link to my posts) has always been my FAVORITE LOGO for the Beavers, NOT because of me being an angry person, etc. The other person seemed to be saying that I had said “X”...and I had not. So you are saying the info originally came from another person with a similar sounding Twitter handle... Okay, I’m confused too... and hadn’t seen that info noted by anyone previously.

Angry67, you are definitely not the AngryBeaver who has the website and twitter account dedicated to trashing Coach Riley as well as many other Beaver subjects. Sorry about the crossfire.

Unless you're really invested in that screen name... My advice is to change your screen name because you're going to get sick and tired of trying to explain that no, you're not *that* Angrybeaver.
