Lots of great questions (and answers) here. Now just have to set up my DVR to record what will be an epic beaver road win. I am curious how this will work.... most facebook live videos turn into a saved video on the users feed as soon as it ends. It would be very cool if I could watch the game over again on sunday right on FB I doubt that will happen, but it would be a change of the defualt FB Live video behavior

Imagine if you were someone lurking and trying to earnestly figure out where this game is being televised but not wanting to read through this entire trainwreck to understand the context of all the sarcasm.

Imagine... when they could just go to the OSU site! But, they deserve what they get if they come here for concise info 😏

Looks like even Steve Fenk finally figured it out, because you can go to the main football page and there is a direct link now:
By the way, and maybe I have just never noticed it before, but when did OSUBeavers.com become littered with Hefty ziplock and other google ads??? I guess the AD really must be hard up, I bet those ads are pulling in HUNDREDS of cents....

Agreed, everything about this AD is 'small change' He has a secret plan for building the brand and the fan and donor base. HOWEVER, it's even a secret to him !

That is why all the Pac-12 pages have the same format. OSU provides content but does not control format or advertising. Second. All browsers now have the ability to push their own advertising onto blank areas of the page you are viewing. They track your browsing and present to you items that they are paid to push or items based on your browsing. The Pac-12 has no control of this advertising and does not receive any of the advertising $$s. This is how Google pays for your use of their browser and makes a profit. They only way the Pac-12 can control this is by creating pages with no blank space. However, if they try this then Google simply shrinks the page in order to create blank space on the side of the page for their ads.

Thanks for the info but the point was to carry on the age-old sport of making fun of the SID. This goes all the way back to the days when Les Nessman was that dude and dropped turkeys from the helichopper. Mission accomplished.
